Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. We have Olympic lifting and Power lifting combined with cardio to build both strength and endurance.

Forge 208 wod weekend edition I

On the weekends, we present CrossFit Forge 208 WOD, with an extra dose of fun. This class often includes partnered workouts, making it not only challenging but also a fantastic opportunity to experience the unique camaraderie of a team workout. Join us for a weekend fitness adventure that’s both challenging and enjoyable.

Open gym I

This is our favorite weekend activity. More than a class and is designed to be fun! For those seeking additional training independence, our Open Gym hour is a separate offering, providing athletes with the flexibility to explore and practice skills at their own pace.
